Overall Satisfaction with Brevo

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sending mail campaigns to promote my events. Collect e-mail by integrating the Brevo plugin in my Wordpress website. I don't use it for newsletters, as I don't use that way to promote my work. I have a tiny educational theatre company, so my target audience is mainly teachers and administrators from schools.

Pros

Drag and drop editor.
Campaign analytics.

Cons

Credits are a bit to expensive in comparison to subscriptions.

Usability

Importing contacts is easy, but arranging them could be improved; overall, it's pretty good. The drag-and-drop editor works fine and is quick; the segmentation of the contacts works fine. Although I'm not familiar with other functions, Bravo has outstanding elements that make it usable and practical overall.

Likelihood to Recommend

Perfect for e-mail subscription, as the annual plan offers a competitive price and good functionality. Less apt for those who, like me, use it only to send an e-mail campaign once in a while. Perhaps reducing the price of credits would make sporadic use like mine more effective, but I prefer the "pause subscription" option.
