Overall Satisfaction with Brex

Digital cards given to multiple people across the org to use them for their respective spends -Tracking done by the Finance team -Same platform is used to communicate about the spends.

Pros

  • UI / UX is pretty intuitive.
  • Pretty easy to figure things out within the platform.
  • Ease of use of a card.
  • Simple to add or create a new card.
  • Communication within is great.

Cons

  • Flagging of suspicious spends if they are out of the range that is usually used.
  • All our spend is now in one platform.
  • No need of external google sheets.
  • Everyone is accountable for their own cards and spends and it has a trail.
  • Audit is easy for the Finance team.
The usability is pretty great. I love the UI / UX for uploading the Memo; at times, I do not even need to be inside the platform. I simply use Slack.
I did not use other products before Brex.

Spend Management is great; besides that, it's an extremely user-friendly platform. We do not really need a lot of support when using the platform.
