Overall Satisfaction with Brex

We use Brex for reimbursements, company cards and some of our transactions with contractors and other vendors. The finance team also uses for general money and expense management.

It's pretty user friendly for my level of use. I can see what I spent, what people on my team are spending. It's easy to request reimbursements and to track if they are approved or not. It would be nice to see card limits, but not required.
I have only used Brex so far.

Overall Brex is pretty user friendly. I like having the virtual cards we can set up for various team members to pay for things and easily track their spend. It's also good for submitting reimbursements for purchases and milage if needed.

Using Brex

50 - The cover ops, sales, growth, marketing, engineering and accounting. Essentially all parts of the company do use Brex in some capacity since we use it for both payments and reimbursements so nearly everyone has some connection to Brex.
4 - We have an engineer and then our finance team.

It has worked well for us for at least 5 years so I would anticipate us keeping Brex.

I was not part of selecting Brex, but I would guess it was due to price and ease of use is why the team selected Brex.
Maybe something that could have a different portal for just users who needed to submit expenses and not view anything else.
