Bridge is being used across our entire organization. We are solving the problems of assigning compliance training, as well as supplemental and leadership training.
- Bridge provides training to the learner in a clear and easy to access manner.
- Bridge allows admins to access reporting easily.
- Bridge makes it easy to assign training courses to learners.
- Bridge allows managers to be able to track the completions of their employees easily.
- Bridge gives quick snapshots of completed/incomplete learners in courses that make it easy to report on quickly.
- I would like to be able to choose which fields I want for reports.
- I would like to see the same visuals (incomplete/complete learners) for programs as we have for courses.
- Bridge has helped us to reach the compliance goal of 95% completion on all compliance training.
- Bridge has helped us to identify learning gaps and close them.
- We have been able to send out leadership training/videos to the entire organization, which was not part of the plan when we initially implemented Bridge.
