In my role, I use Brightmine to review leave of absence information, compliance updates and concerns, labor laws, and contractor information for various US states and countries.
Pros
- The handbook templates.
- The Paid Family Leave Charts and other Leave Charts.
- Compliance Updates/Legal Timetable.
Cons
- Sometimes, the International sections are hard to search for or find the specific info needed.
- Mitigated Risk.
- Saved cost on Legal counsel.
- Saved time of research and streamlined informed.
The legal timetable and compliance update emails from Brightmine are so helpful. They make it simple to see what is upcoming and what we need to implement or update as an org.
It has allowed us to track compliance updates consistently.
