Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

I use this service to gain clarity on legislation and also for policy templates and Line Manager training. There is a comprehensive framework with flow charts which can guide you through any process. I have utilised this service for three years and will continue to do so within my HR career.

Cons

  • legislation updates - the new parts of the legislation that have been updated could be highlighted in yellow to distinguish which parts have been added. Currently when you click on an updated document, you do not know which parts have been updated.
  • the filter search could be narrowed down
  • Saved time - as a stand alone HR its like I have a personal assistant.
I regularly read the updated law emails to keep me abreast of what changes are to be made. This really keeps the organisation legally compliant.
