Brightmine is helpful.

I used Brightmine within my organization to inform policy creation, training, and best practices - ranging from well-being, grievance, health, and hybrid work. I also use Brightmine to tell my learning and development. It can be a beneficial training tool. It is also helpful for industry benchmarking. It is often useful for project work to help learn quickly.

These resources have improved our compliance, at least from my personal use, by providing guidance in clear, brief formats. This reduces error in understanding.

It has benefitted me to have this guidance to inform my day-to-day work.
