Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use Brightmine for a few purposes: to benchmark ourselves against other organisations, to read up on various HR topics and to help keep us abreast of what is happening in the external market. A number of people in the organisation have a licence. For example, HR business partners and the reward team.
Pros
- The site is easy to navigate
- The information is easy to digest and understand
- Lots of info all in one place

- would be great to see more in depth guide on particular topics or policy areas
