Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use Brightmine as a source of information on people related topics. Most prominently to find templates and understand employment legislation. We use it to address employee relations issues as well as knowledge share within our People team and with management.
Pros
- Easy to locate information
- Regular updates
- Great webinars
Cons
- Since becoming Brightmine, there are too many clicks to login. Clicking on login takes you to a separate page where you have to click a further login button. This seems unnecessary.
- Saved time on creating internal templates
- Reduced legal costs
- Mitigated risk in redundancy scenarios
Brightmine has been instrumental in our annual policy updates and to create new policies. As legislation changes every year, Brightmine provides easy to locate updates, templates and suggestions for us to use to stay compliant.
Regular email updates on key trends, themes and updates from the world of employment has kept us current. The regular webinar offerings are also a great opportunity for our HR team to keep learning and keep on top of industry and employment law trends. We use these resources internally to upskill our team and knowledge share with other regions.
