Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

For employment law advice, all policies, contractual templates, all letter templates.

Pros

  • Very responsive when asking questions of the legal team.
  • Policies are great.
  • Contracts and Letters are perfect.

Cons

  • Ireland International needs templates.
  • Maybe more detailed legal response rather than text book.
  • Check for spelling mistakes.
  • It has saved us lawyer fees.
  • Saved time on research.
100% as we use this resource all the time.

It was good during a TUPE scenario and in the long-term absence situation. We did have the International Ireland subscription, but there are no templates or policies on it, so we canceled this year.
