Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
It helps with policy wording when creating new policies. You can use the wording as a template or to ensure no points have been missed. It is also useful in providing guidance and developing training for managers.
Pros

Cons
- Make it easier to use and navigate. Sometimes, just typing in what you're looking for brings up many resources.
- Saved cost and time on internal resources.
- Saved time on research.
We have used and implemented Brightmine policies in our organization, making us legally compliant. Always will the resources when creating new policies too to ensure compliance.
Brightmine isn't the go-to tool for staying up to date on legislation. Instead, ACAS is used first, then Brightmine to see how they have interpreted the updates/data.
