Brightmine is like my HR bible! I utilize it to download letter templates, policies, procedures, and training material. I love reading the recent case law and often use it when dealing with tricky queries. The FAQs are a great tool. I would highly recommend it as a fantastic resource for all HR professionals.

Croner

I have previously used Croner. I wouldn't say it's any worse than Brightmine, but I have found Brightmine much easier to navigate, and the overall customer experience seems better. I do think Brightmine could offer more webinars.

Letter templates are a fantastic tool, but they must be tailored to your specific organization. Procedure templates are also a tremendous tool, but they usually only show statutory entitlements; it would be good to show enhanced entitlements for organizations that offer above the statutory minimum.
