Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

We use Brightmine for salary benchmarking. Their platform provides data insight and analytics that help address salary discrepancies in the company. The data can be filtered according to role, location, industry, etc., which allows for accurate comparison. The information we gathered through Brightmine is now used for recruitment and the pay review process.

  • More intuitive codes.

Mainly pay equity and ensure employees are not underpaid according to market trends.
By using Brightmine, the company was able to address situations where employees were being underpaid according to the comparison we were able to do once we had the data and analytics they provided. This has undoubtedly contributed to our retention rates since employees were happier after receiving a salary increase in the pay review.
I'm not sure about similar products.

I think Brightmine is very well suited for use in pay reviews, making sure employees' salaries are in accordance with market rates. It's also useful for pay equity. I wish Brightmine would operate in other countries so we could use it for benchmarking in other locations where our company has business.
