Brightmine review
Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
The HR team utilise the guidance and legal timetables, as well as workflows. I like the email updates which give me regular reminders of news trends and updates. The platform that was Cendex is used for our job evaluation and pay benchmarking and the other surveys and whitepapers give us valuable insights into key statistics and trends.
Pros
- Keeping updated with legislation and HR trends and news
- Real time pay data
- Templates and guides
Cons
- I'd like the job functions to be more up to date with technologic trends and movement - i.e AI roles, and DevOps
- I'd like to see more Technology data in Cendex to benchmark my company against
- I'd love to see a chatbot
- It reduces my spend on employment lawyers
- Saves us time researching certain topics
- It saves me time and money not having to create documents from scratch
- It gives me a head start in developing training with downloaded templates I can adapt
Brightmine is my sensor check on many things, I regularly check in on the legal timetable, the email updates keep me abreast and remind me what's coming up, and inform of new areas I may need to focus on. It's been a tool that also helped to develop my team, saving me time having to go through certain topics with them. So all in all it's been and continues to be positive.
Same as before really, Brightmine is a go to tool for me for up to date compliance, news and trends and sometimes just a sanity check.
I honestly haven't found anything similar, only CIPD but that's quite different in terms of its offering.
