Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Our small HR team uses Brightmine daily in our roles, from downloading templates for documentation and policies, to getting inspiration and guidance for training for our stakeholders. We are a team of three ranging from 2 - 4 years' generalist experience to 20+ (HRD) and we all get so much value from Brightmine. Probably the best value we have seen is the ability to move forwards without a costly monthly legal retainer in place; the legal advice service is invaluable, practical and the response time is swift! As all HR professionals will know, every day is a school day regardless of time in the role. As we cover APAC in our team, it's also great to know that we can expand the scope of the legal advice service beyond the UK as we grow and the need increases.

I have seen the confidence of my small, relatively inexperienced HR team grow significantly and quickly, knowing they have constant access to such high quality information and advice, we have been able to deliver more value-add HR interventions as a result of this.
We have continued with our subscription and initially the first year was intended to be a trial for us.
