Great library and time saver

We mostly use Brightmine for templates and training materials. We have a new line manager training programme being produced and the content from Brightmine has helped a lot. The templates are also useful because it is a good starting point, however I do find some of the wording can be a little too formal and cold.

HR & Compliance centre - we use the document templates, training content and employment law updates the most. We use to have the legal advice line but I felt like it wasn't as useful as it could be. Most HR cases have an element of complexity that requires a legal person to listen to and fully understand which can take a few conversations as to what the situation is, what the background is, what the risk is and what action is recommended. The legal advice is very surface level which is not worth the fee. We removed the Legal Line on our last renewal.

I have an account manager that is very responsive, not sure if that's the same as a customer success person. I've only ever has contact with our account manager and he tends to check in during our subscription period and when it's coming up for renewal. I haven't really had any issues with the online portal for what we use it for.
