Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

We use Brightmine to assist in policy writing, seek legal advice and utilise templates to form our own in-house templates. We also use it to stay up-to-date with any employment law changes which allows us to stay ahead of the curve. Training materials are also very useful when delivering Manager training.

  • Enhanced AI function where you can ask specific questions and get a specific response.
  • The search experience can feel clunky or too literal, returning large volumes of content that isn’t always filtered by relevance.
  • Templates are helpful but sometimes too generic, not flexible enough, or lacking sector-specific versions.
  • Saved cost on external solicitor costs
  • Saved costs in time spent researching multiple sources
  • Mitigated risk when dealing with complex cases by receiving best practice advice

Positively, as the materials are really good and easy to use.
Fantastic! We have a great relationship with Brightmine and have even hosted them at our head office on a couple of occasions. Jen is our account Manager and she is always happy to help and very efficient. They have given us user interaction statistics which has assisted us in increasing usage across the team, resulting in a broader knowledge base.
Brightmine is a lot more personable and has more topics to choose from. However, the positive with Lex HR is that you can ask their AI a question and it will provide a model answer immediately. The legal advice option on Brightmine is fantastic and very thorough but with Lex HR you get an instant answer.

0 times out of 10, I can find what I am looking for on Brightmine and the legal advice is very prompt and accurate which really helps when dealing with urgent cases. The only opportunities I can think of are the ones I have already mentioned but also provide a bigger library with more detailed PowerPoints for Manager training.
