Overall Satisfaction with Buddy Punch

I use Buddy Punch for time tracking and PTO accrual. This software reduces stress for me by allowing me to track my hours as is convenient instead of needing to drop what I've got my hands in already to log in and punch in or out by the time on the clock's face.
  • Accessibility via mobile app is wonderful. I've left the office so many times without clocking out, [and] then I'd have to ask my boss to please correct my mistake the next day. I prefer to clean up my own messes. With mobile access, I can record my punch-out after I get home, and no one is interrupted and bothered by my misstep.
  • I have a habit of staying at the office well past my allotted 40 hours per week. On the Buddy Punch site, I am able to quickly review my hours to help me stay within the rails. I know my bosses appreciate me keeping overtime to a minimum.
  • I feel very in control of my own PTO with Buddy Punch. I can see how much I've accrued at any time, decide when I want to use it, and track it for myself very easily. I prefer not to use my bosses' valuable time to do this administrative task.
  • I don't have any suggestions at this time.
  • I'm always using the 'Select Time & Date' feature, so I don't have to stop what I've already got my hands in to clock in or out.
  • I use the mobile app frequently. Sometimes my workday ends, and I'm not at my PC. The mobile accessibility is wonderful for times like this.

Buddy Punch works really well in our small business setting, where our employees all know and rely heavily on each other to keep this ship sailing. We are a team, and we hire for an all hands on deck culture, so self-reliance and self-management are crucial for our business to run smoothly. Buddy Punch allows the company owners to decide how much autonomy to give their employees, and that works perfectly in our setting.
