Overall Satisfaction with Buddy Punch

We use it for everything, clocking in and out now, so much better than our older way. Buddy Punch also covers tracking employees' time and time off. I’ve dreamed of having a way to ensure all my employees' needs are covered, as Buddy Punch does.

I think Anyone can use this app and be able to be a pro at it. We have multiple orders employees who, let’s say, struggle a little with online use, and they've all been pleased with the app and its usability. We all sing the praises of Buddy Punch.
Frank Crum isn’t the same as Buddy Punch, but it would be the closest to Buddy Punch I’ve used. Frank Crum was extremely annoying and hard to use. It almost seemed as if they were trying to hide information from the user, and finding tax documents and year-to-date information was a nightmare.

So nice to have a way to take a 30-minute break without letting the clock go back in. It does force some employees to take a break when they would rather not, but it's necessary to have an outlet after hours of work. I’m very happy with Buddy Punch and the way they conduct business.
