Overall Satisfaction with Buddy Punch
Buddy Punch is used by our entire team for the purposes of scheduling and payroll tracking. Our staff was having an issue clocking in with the previous software, and I was looking for a faster payroll solution. As an owner, my time is valuable and I didn't want to spend it problem-solving with software or handholding my staff on clocking in.
- Customer service is the best we've seen! Their knowledge base is clear, and when we do have a question it can't answer, we get a quick, informed solution.
- The software allows us to schedule our staff seamlessly for work in more than one department in a day, so tracking how many payroll hours are being used in each department is easy.
- The reporting for Payroll hours is easy and fast.
- We'd love to see new hire onboarding added, since Buddy Punch does everything else so well, we expect it would be great!

We originally scheduled and ran payroll through Homebase, but in the last few months the software became very buggy, customer service was slow and when they did respond, was not helpful. When we cancelled our account they didn't even try to make things right. We are so happy that Buddy Punch is like us--taking care of their clients and really invested in their success!
