Overall Satisfaction with CallidusCloud SPM

We use CallidusCloud SPM to access report data, as well as having monthly summaries that allow us to identify the right leads, quota distribution, and improve our sales. This software is very effective for our sales management, having data organized and the dashboards that allow the business to be understood by sales. It's a great tool to keep track of sales and money.

In our personal experience, Xactly Incent was too complex and complicated for our small business. Even though CallidusCloud SPM may not be 100% user-friendly, it was much easier to learn how to use it and implement it. Also, Xaclty was the biggest investment and we preferred to make a safer choice for now.

I feel like CallidusCloud SPM is well suited for smaller businesses that do not require complex software. It is good for accessing report data, as well as having monthly summaries that allow identifying the right leads. It is good for defining the KPIs and the metrics sales are easy to view and use.
