Overall Satisfaction with Cascade Server

It's being used by a department to manage our webpage.
  • Easy Interface
  • Simple and an relate to HTML
  • Short learning curve
  • Well for starters the hierarchy implementation is a bit of pain
  • Secondly, changing a link, we need to make sure other places referencing the link isn't broken
  • It has your previous changes which is great since it allow us to roll back to the previous version
  • Better User Interface, simple and efficient that has led more views to page
  • Happy customer or user means more traffic to the page

Its not up to me, but higher level management but I would definitely renew as it's cumbersome to look for an alternative tool and learn. Rating 7 is for the ease of understanding, version history and it's as simple as editing a Word file.

It is specific content to be maintained by the people who create it – no more sending information off to be put online by a different person or department. Cascade Server is easy to use and accessible from any standard web browser, letting you focus on what’s really important – actually creating and managing the content.
