Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®
We utilize CCH® SureTax® by reconciling S&U Returns throughout the U.S.A for several of our companies. It allows quick reconciliation of returns, easy payments, and less frustration while filing due to the differences in the various state returns. We use CCH® SureTax® to remit & pay returns for us and we monitor issues on the CCH® SureTax® Dashboard. Waiting for the websites during the uploading processes and loading processes are time-consuming. I would like to see quicker uploads and faster processing to the next screen in CCH® SureTax® and the CCH Dashboard.

- Knowledge of Reps - one return was late due to incorrect form being filed and our rep couldn't tell us if the late fee was going to be convered by CCH® SureTax®
