Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®
CCH SureTax was implemented with the connection through Netsuite to account for sales taxes. This has not resolved any of our business problems but only created more steps in the process of tracking, processing, and paying sales taxes. We have lost transparency as everything is not kept on the CCH website and is not easily tracked back into Netsuite. When filing, the CCH team handles it, but we have to be available to give access codes to the state tax portals so they can process it. The timing is usually an issue because there is no coordination of when they will be processed and when our time is available to send over the verification codes.
- Sorry I cannot think of anything SureTax does particularly well.
- Easier connection with Netsuite.
- Paid for the higher service but are doing more of the hands on processing.
- Timing of CCH team processing so there are not multiple emails going around trying to resolve filing issues.
- Easier navigation in the CCH SureTax website.
- CCH SureTax does not save time or resources.
- Over promises services.
