Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is used company-wide for all HRIS and payroll functions.
  • Dayforce is robust enough to function for a variety of different service lines
  • Because of Dayforce's ability to be customized, it makes the program extremely self-service. As a new user of Dayforce, this can be a huge challenge.
  • A new user training webinar or education center to Dayforce, whether for HR or Payroll, would be helpful for new users.
Dayforce makes open enrollment for benefits much more streamlined. Being cloud-based, it's much more accessible for our associates to view their options and make their choices rather than having to come into the office. It also saves our benefits administrator a lot of time not having to meet with all 430+ associates individually.
Dayforce streamlines when looking at associates' compensation to see where they fall within the organization.
Dayforce is more robust than previous systems I've used.
Well suited for organizations with simplified pay types (hourly, salaried)
