Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce for payroll for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Pros

  • Dayforce is very modern. The technology is great, and this has really helped improve the amount of time we spend waiting for payroll previews.
  • Dayforce is also very intuitive, and easy to use!

Cons

  • Dayforce's managed services model needs improvement.
  • Dayforce's tax system for US tax needs major improvement.
  • On payroll commit day we are not in the office until 8 or 9pm anymore.
It is very well suited for companies who are looking to make real-time changes to their payroll on the fly.
