Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Dayforce for payroll for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
- Dayforce is very modern. The technology is great, and this has really helped improve the amount of time we spend waiting for payroll previews.
- Dayforce is also very intuitive, and easy to use!
- Dayforce's managed services model needs improvement.
- Dayforce's tax system for US tax needs major improvement.
- On payroll commit day we are not in the office until 8 or 9pm anymore.
Their tax system is very old and outdated, it is very difficult to use within the US. It also is a separate system from their payroll system, and it is not easy to navigate.
This is not true. The US tax system is a separate system than the payroll system and the communication portal is also a separate application.
