Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Dayforce for everything from timesheet tracking to accounting GL.
- Dayforce brought the entire company to one platform, so no more importing hours and exporting data
- The GL product has greatly helped our accounting department with allocations
- We use Dayforce as our system of record for vacation tracking
- Reporting has much to be desired, but they are constantly improving
- I am not a fan of case creation a communication via email. If you can email, you can call
- Expensive implementation

PPACA works fine
SSO has worked great, one sign in per employee

Dayforce is well suited for larger companies with multiple locations. It can bring consistency across the board. We have multiple locations and we can all access the same deduction and earnings codes. This can make the implementation process faster and easier.

6 - We have payroll and benefits managers, accountants, directors all the way up to vice presidents. We have included all levels of employees to be sure that we have a full understanding of the product. It helped during implementation to include this broad spectrum of knowledge. We an now able to handle all types of issues that may arise.

I created a ticket well after hours and received a response on the same day. I was very shocked, the rep indicated that he was still online, and helped me immediately.
