Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We currently use Ceridian DayForce for Payroll and Human Resources.
- We process weekly, biweekly and semi monthly payrolls.
- We use Benefits for our employees' new hire benefits enrollment.
- Our employees use Open Enrollment to elect their yearly benefit elections.
- When terminating benefits you can't terminate Life and AD&D unless they have a beneficiary listed. They are now terminated - it doesn't matter. This function needs to be addressed.
- It allowed us to calculate our health and welfare for our SCA employees correctly and save the company money.
It enables compliance across payroll and human resources such as taxes, labor union rules and for benefits the different plans and rates we have across all of our companies.
We do like the one record but we have had issues where we didn't know the employee was previously employed and it allowed us to enter a duplicate record.
Overall impact has been a great experience.
