Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We have the legacy system and we are currently implementing HR, Payroll, Benefits, WFM to begin Jan 1.
Pros
- Condenses payroll process to one platform.
- Allows visibility between our organization and employees.
- Innovative to keep up with changing times.
Cons
- Dayforce can do so much that simple things seem impossible.
- Implementation team feels scripted.
- Implementation is difficult to communicate with and has a lack of internal dialogues.
- Reduce paper with time-off requests and missing punches.
- Allow transparency of hours worked for hourly employees, which allows them to feel more in control of their hours worked and pay.
- HR system that updates real-time to avoid manual calculation of retro and adjustments.
