Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Project HOME uses Ceridian Dayforce across the organization.
  • Work Force Management - simplifies tracking time worked for employees
  • Recruiting - allows transparency through the hiring process
  • Payroll - engages human resource professionals, managers and payroll specialists to insure accuracy of each run
  • More seamless interaction between talent module and annual merit increase
  • Enable more employee access to knowledge base component
  • Streamline location/job description/position entries across various screens
  • Reduced paper.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Transparency across departments, especially HR and payroll.
Our employees fluctuate between pay class status more frequently than the norm. Dayforce enables us to monitor benefit eligibility as accurately as possible.
We see a definite improvement across all the areas mentioned.
My experience is that it is well suited to a business involved with employees having a wide range of educational backgrounds [G.E.D. to PhD]. Interactions at the annual convention support the impression that Dayforce is customizable to almost any environment.
