Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce company wide. We are using it for our Benefits enrollment, Payroll, Time Keeping, Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Calculates payroll making it easy to verify the accuracy of the pay run
  • Ease with Onboarding
  • Benefits enrollment
  • Making changes to the environment is difficult and does not work
  • Benefits feeds must be updated by paying for Support Services, we cannot update it on our own. We are currently growing and adding new locations and we do not have the ability to add these new locations to our data feeds
  • We have not noticed any return on the investment yet.
We are happy with the compliance Dayforce offers for our overtime regulations and healthcare eligibility.
All of the applications work well together. I do not make decisions about hiring, so I cannot comment on that.
We are not currently using all of the products we currently have. We need to utilize all products before evaluating more.
After speaking to a lot of customers at Insights Conference, one thing is very obvious. No one has a successful implementation. Everyone had an awful time with some terrible problems, like pulling back the entire pay run, 100% of the W-2C's were required, etc.
