Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Ceridian Dayforce is our company's payroll provider and is being utilized across our organization in the United States.
- Allows us to process accurate, on time payroll
- Allows payroll to be directly deposited into employee's bank accounts
- Provides employees with an easy to use platform for recording time worked, requesting time away from work and viewing pay statements
- I would like it if the processing time for saving transactions (particularly in the Payroll mode) were faster.
- I would like the reporting function to be more user-friendly.
- I would like a more efficient and skilled support experience which would include specific detailed responses to issues. Currently receiving very general responses in some instances.
- We are seeing increased productivity by efficiencies received through workflows
- We are seeing increased productivity by efficiencies received through automated data feeds
- We are seeing increased productivity by efficiencies in automating GL posting
