Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is our company's payroll provider and is being utilized across our organization in the United States.

Pros

  • Allows us to process accurate, on time payroll
  • Allows payroll to be directly deposited into employee's bank accounts
  • Provides employees with an easy to use platform for recording time worked, requesting time away from work and viewing pay statements

Cons

  • I would like it if the processing time for saving transactions (particularly in the Payroll mode) were faster.
  • I would like the reporting function to be more user-friendly.
  • I would like a more efficient and skilled support experience which would include specific detailed responses to issues. Currently receiving very general responses in some instances.
  • We are seeing increased productivity by efficiencies received through workflows
  • We are seeing increased productivity by efficiencies received through automated data feeds
  • We are seeing increased productivity by efficiencies in automating GL posting
Ceridian Dayforce is well suited for US or Canadian based employers and are working on becoming a global solution.
