Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

[It's being used for] Company-wide payroll, benefits and WFM. The corporate office oversees and processes the entire payroll process while each location manages time cards and compensation.
  • Integrating time and attendance with payroll
  • Communications about updates and issues
  • Payoll
  • Pricing, a little too much nickle and diming
  • Timelessness of issue corrections
  • Implementation of new ideas. AHA ideas sit forever.
  • We actually need more people to do taxes now
Overtime in multiple states is much easier to figure out.
It's so much easier to have it all in one place. We used to have ADP with Timesaver and it never worked correctly.
It's great for basic payroll and WFM. It's harder for multiple locations with security levels in payroll.
