Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM
We are using Dayforce company-wide (US and Canada). Dayforce has given us the opportunity to become less tactical and more strategic. We spend less time entering data into the system and more time auditing and analyzing what is in the system.
- The ability for time and payroll to be in one place has made my job easy. There is no interface to run and no time gets imported!
- Since Payroll and time are connected you have the ability to see REAL TIME transactions so you know what your numbers look like before you send teh payroll for processing.
- The messaging center gives employees a means of communication with anyone in the companyeven if they are not on the company email.
- The reporting can be a bit of a struggle. I have used other reporting tools who made building topics much easier than what is in Dayforce.
- Customer Service can take quite some time to answer. Make sure your team has taken their training and has a good understanding of the system.
- I would like to see all of the reports available for download to Excel. This could save a lot of time for the payroll folks!
- Employees can use their time better since the system takes away alot of manual entry
- Employees have a better experience when they can access their information from anywhere

Ceridian is a leader in the industry when it comes to payroll. The ability to see pay on demand and the fact that the system updates taxes was a huge reason for staying with Dayforce.
