Overall Satisfaction with Certain Event Automation Software
We are a corporate meeting/convention/event firm. We are a small business- there are 4 in our office. We use Certain for all events as registration links that we can control on our end. It allows us to gain information like room nights, arrival/departure flight info, personal contact info and agenda selections.
- Easy to use and create
- Easy to pull reports once event has been sent to attendees
- Great way to gather a lot of information
- Coding can be complicated to work with
- Copying the event can make it more complicated to change/revise patterns
- Can be very manual when copying and pasting a lot of information
- It allows me to create a registration link in under an hour- saving time and resources
- It can be complicated to start a registration website from scratch
- It allows me to send updated registration reports to my clients quickly and easily
My company selected Certain and continues to use Certain because it is quick, easy, and efficient. We create up to 20 registration links a year and Certain allows us to create templates to copy and create annual event links very fast. I also love that there is someone there to speak to if I ever need assistance.
