We had no HRIS, so this supported that, not only for securely storing data but also for effective reporting, which helps us make people's decisions. Additionally, there are other modules we have taken advantage of like the recruitment module which addressed the fact all of our recruitment was on spreadsheets and took away a lot of the manual tasks.
