Great tool for managing GMB profiles and online reputation
Overall Satisfaction with Chatmeter
We use Chatmeter to aggregate our Google Business Profiles for our various locations and manage our reviews/reputation.
Pros
- Track reviews by location and companywide.
- Respond to reviews promptly.
- Quickly compare and contrast review performance by quarter, year or all-time by location or across the whole company.
Cons
- The AI response tool is helpful, but should not be used without tweaks.
- Some review platforms do not allow responding from within Chatmeter.
- The social dashboards are not up-to-date with relevant metrics. Some posts show zero engagement when in reality, it has over 100 likes and 30 shares.
- Thanks to Chatmeter, we have consistently improved our online reputation year-over-year in the number of reviews and average rating.
- Chatmeter's analytics tools allow us to effectively measure our online reputation gains for the year and compare against prior years.
- We've been able to drastically improve our online reputation thanks to its quick and efficient interface.
Before we decided to go with Chatmeter, we looked strongly at Reputation.com. This was several years ago, so I am not as familiar with how they compare now, but at the time we felt that we could get the functionality we wanted and needed from Chatmeter at a better price than Reputation.com.
