Overall Satisfaction with Checkfront
Checkfront is the main resource for my role. I am able to tackle basic reservations based on what inventory has been added, and run detailed reports to find discrepancies. It can be as simple or as detailed as you want. Everything is color coded and user friendly, which makes it easy to train new reservationists.
- Intuitive, user friendly interface
- Inventory and Customer Calendar views
- Export reports to excel
- Email customer function from invoice page
- Notes notes notes!! on the invoice
- There is often a lag when loading that is not related to my browser or internet connection. Sometimes it just takes forever to load.
- The "log" tab from the invoice page is almost useless. Clearer/more simple data and info there would be great.
- Search function is a little finicky.

- Checkfront has made it very easy to make all kinds of reservations from all sides of our business.
- Sometimes it runs slow and can cause delays on the phones.
- We pull data from checkfront at every stage of our business model, from the initial reservation on.
