Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Board Series

We came across Cisco Board Series while we were actively looking for a whiteboard tool for hybrid experience. Actively using this for last few years for collaboration between on site and off site employees to bridge the training and operations to maximize productivity in terms of task management and completion of daily itemized checklist and workload.

Pros

  • Whiteboard tool that works just the way we wanted it to be.
  • Enhancing collaboration experience of employees onshore and offshore
  • Team management is easy

Cons

  • The cloud licensing causes issues lately.
  • The positive return on investment is a key factor behind the purchase.
The overall usage has been positive while using the two current devices or whiteboards as we call it here in the office. There is no latency observed while changing screens or mitigating tasks from one screen to another. Cisco Board Series has largely been beneficial for all the staffs involved.
