I work everyday with the 9800 WLC and it's a very reliable product.
Tons of new features gets added frequently, it's nice to see it as the future of Cisco Enterprise Wireless

  • it allows cheap programmability
yes, works perfecty with DNA-Center.
ISSU upgrades are not yet perfect, and they need more stability
it crashes too often, and redundancy sometimes has some hiccups.
yes, it's very flexible
because i work with it daily
Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco CMX
compared to aireos is much more modern and usable. the CLI is standardised finally.
compared to other vendors is much more capable.
