Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Center
I use Client 360 for troubleshooting wireless client issues. We utilize a script to backup router and switch configs. I monitor the health of wired and wireless networks. We have been looking into the AI assisted RRM.

- device configuration backup should be built in and do a larger history
- client locations on maps not always accurate
- We don't use it yet but pushing config changes to devices will help greatly
- Backup of configs helps with rollbacks

getting everyone remote quickly with limited resources.
it helped with keeping remote workers connected while people were remote. Today it helps remote people stay connected to the onsite users
Onsite users still somewhat feel distance from those that are remote
We are still deploying to Meraki. The dashboard does have many similar features but not a 1:1
