At our Engineering team, we adopted Cisco Catalyst Center as the central platform to help us in the task of network management. This solution has helped us in automating operational processes, ensuring end-to-end security, and enhancing user experience across our corporate environments. Before implementing Cisco Catalyst Center, we faced challenges such as manual device configuration, limited visibility into network health, and very long resolution times for incidents which extra hours of work was wasted. With Cisco Catalyst Center, we’ve been able to reduce troubleshooting time and monitor network and application performance in almost real time.

We were blinded before ThousandEyes, but now we can be sure where are the problems with the network end-to-end. About the challenges of security or policies to be applied to access ports it was solved with Cisco Catalyst Center and ISE policy enforcement. Cisco Catalyst Center also solved the time to deploy with the automation tasks.

ThousandEyes provided visibility into both on-premises and remote user activity. Anyconnect facilitates and secures our remote users connections through the VPN connections make them more confident to use applications and the user's performance is maintained as if they be on our offices. Cisco Catalyst Center provides the Central point of Management which facilitates everything.

My coworkers very appreciated the ability to work from anywhere while be with all tools accessed by a secure corporate connection keeping high productivity. Our IT team is fully able to monitor and troubleshoot issues proactively, which improves the overall user experience with the use of Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE and ThousandEyes.
