Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Switches
We use the Cat switches from our access to our core. We have had success in deploying and securing them accross our network. They stand up to harsh weather conditions with little issues.

Cons
- multiple differences in QOS configuration
- ability to roll back configuration on the device itself after a period of time
- an option to configure and then apply for configurations that require multiple step
- They allow us to meet military STIG requirements
- They are kept up to date with the latest IAVAs
- They have allowed us to scale up quickly when needed
Once you understand the syntax it is easier to manage a Cisco switch than many others.
