Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Desk Series
We use Cisco Desk Series devices for small shared office spaces, and also for doctors to remote dial in to regional hospitals. The far end camera control to enable the clinicians to zoom in to see patients injuries or conditions is extremely helpful in performing diagnosis, especially in parts of Australia where there are no doctors available locally in some remote places.

Cons
- HDMI port can only be used for display of shared content
- Reduce the need for travel for both doctors and patients
- Cisco Webex DX80 (discontinued)
Desk is a current model and supported by the vendor, unlike the older units.
