We used them for communication for our meetings as many users dont have such equipment. We also use them for sound testing audio equipment as they're made of high quality. We got the wireless model which is convenient as we move around a lot. The long battery life is a bonus for us which means less charging.

The product is rather easy to use. Reading the manual was not needed as it was pretty self explanatory. Besides, most of our staff are well trained and experienced with such equipment. Our organization has benefited from this app tremendously but only for specific my team where adjusting the equalizer gives us the boost in the desired frequency in order to hear different results. As for most other users, the app hasn't given much benefit as they simply use it for listening to music or meetings.
