Great noise removal and battery life

Our company uses Cisco Headsets when attending any meetings or making video calls from our desks. Without the Cisco Headsets the background noise in the office would be distracting to both sides of the meeting. Everyone in our office has been provided with a headset and is encouraged to use it.

Pairing via bluetooth must have been very straightforward as I did so a while ago and don't remember any headaches. I have paired the headset to both my home and personal laptop and my phone successfully. I have also used the included audio cable to continue in meetings while also charging my headset.

The background noise removal really does work well. When working at home and others are in the background they cannot be heard, nor can the TV. I even had one time in a call from the kitchen table and the food processor in the background was not heard by the person at the far end.

I did install the mobile app but I hardly use it. It was useful to get any firmware updates onto the headset but I don't have a need to adjust any other settings.
