Cisco Headset are unique! It is perfect for hybrid work, the device is elegant and comfortable. It can be managed through Webex Control Hub for inventory purposes. The mobile app allows an additional layer of management like sound equalizer for voice, music or cinema. Some models has active noise cancellation that keeps the user focused on talking even in loud places.

The unboxing is easy and quick, it has printed manuals that explain to the end user how to pair the device for the first time. It took me a couple of minutes to activate it.
The mic has a supreme quality, people from other side of meetings can hear me well. The active noise cancellation gives a better audio experience, keeping the distraction of the environment away.
The mobile app is good and it has a lot of important information about the device. Some models have multiple language support, which allows me to choose my native tongue.
