My personal experience using Cisco Headset.
Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets
Cisco is a great product used for calling and connecting my clients and suppliers in my network. It has great clarity of sound, and the mic helps a lot in connecting with international suppliers in Korea and with my customers from Singapore. It is much easier to walk around and talk to my clients from the office or home. It can easily connect with my laptops or Phones and is easy to operate in the workplace.

Cons
- Plug and Play with different 3rd party software.
- Only works with Cisco Webex office and few tools don't work.
- Heavy users may need to charge twice a day.
- Building the good relation in Business.
- Connecting with International Clients.
- Bringing various designers from all parts of the world to one table.
I was not involved in the setup of Cisco Webex, but yes, it's a great product and tool. The learning curve is not very difficult; it's easy to understand and get practice with. I have established strong connections with various clients in Italy, Singapore, and Taiwan from India, so for me, it's a great product.
Those high-quality audio capabilities not only facilitate conversation but also enhance the clarity of voice and transparency of sound. Helps our users and clients understand our needs. We discuss various designs and fabric materials through detailed discussions over conference calls.
The ability to work with the mobile app to adjust audio settings and update firmware, as well as control features like noise cancellation or side tone, has been extremely useful, especially for our on-the-go team members. It helps our team personalize their headsets and configure them without IT team support.
