Cisco Headset 700 Series
Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets
Cisco headsets are quite a game-changer in daily activities. We use this headset for internal team communication and for customer communication via virtual meetings. The old headsets we were using had poor sound quality and could not isolate background noise. With the Cisco headsets, we resolved all these problems by achieving very good voice quality, auto-background-noise cancellation, and an auto-mute feature.
Pros
- Very good voice quality and noise cancellation.
- Good battery.
- Great integration with Cisco Webex.
Cons
- It has limited customization for the sound settings from the app.
- Does not come with dock charger.
- Quite expensive.
- They are quite expensive.
- They helped our company to adapt and move to a hybrid work environment without losing sound quality.
- They can reduce the background noise.
we for sure had benefit with the headsets. we were able to deploy this hardware to all our colleagues very easily, they're easy to be charged and with the auto mute option you don't have to press the mute button from the app you are using (zoom, webex, teams). another benefit is that you can use it for long period without any issue and the comfort they provide is very good
The headsets offer clear, excellent voice quality, making all web meetings very good. You are always clearly able to hear what someone is saying, and the others are always able to hear what you are saying without any interference. The background auto-noise cancellation feature also improves all calls, even in scenarios like airports or train stations, where there is a lot of background noise.
The app comes with some customizable settings, but I think they're a little limited at the moment. That's why, in our company, we just used the default settings, and nobody's complained for almost two years. They offer features like an equalizer to balance the sound based on your needs, but I think they are quite perfect even with the default settings.
we had the opportunity to try and test the jabra for a while before choosing and buying the cisco headset but they were very uncomfortable and had no mobile app. that's why we decided for the cisco headsets, they were more comfortable, they have the mobile app (even if we don't use it) and the sounds quality for better compared to other headsets from other vendor.
