Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones

Cisco IP Phones are great assets for our company. Managing events simultaneously at multiple locations Cisco helps me to streamline my communication and coordination with my team. With Cisco IP Phones I'm always connected with all my teams vendors and my clients. Its voiceover IP system helps me connected via internet. There is no lag in between talks with my team. Its extension numbers helps me to connect with different venues and various teams. For my company it is a must needed device.

  • Reduce delays in decisions making satisfaction in client
  • Faster intercom between multiple events sites
  • Cisco IP VoIP (less call charges especially long distance)
voice clarity gives me the power to pitch my clients strongly and confidentiality my plans to them. Host instant conference calls with my team across multiple events helps me to keep updated. I can also broadcast important information to all my network phones it very helpful during emergency alerts or schedule updates. These clarity in voice help me to talk professionally with my clients and convert to us.
I have not contacted Cisco support team it is my IT department who handles them but they are happy with the service of Cisco team.

In my scenarios I would definitely want to Cisco IP Phones must be given to all my colleagues and teams it is well suited for my company. Where every thing is spontaneous we need to be connected with each one of our department. Lights, sounds, carters, security, guests our clients and various other vendors. In these scenarios if a device help me intercom or continuously connected helps a lot to short various disturbance. The companies who are very Static and doesn't require so much connection to get the work done there might be less fit for them.
